Remarks:
Don’t touch the surface of glow digital paper before printing or the treated digital layer will be destroyed and decrease the printing effect.
The glow digital paper has good property of hot resistance?cold resistance, be suitable used between -10~120?. So the laser printing is possible.
This glow digital paper can be cut into all kinds of shapes. It can be stuck on somewhere (telephone, switch etc), which has the effect of decoration and indication.
It can be printed design on the surface by inkjet printing or silk printing.
The glow digital paper slightly expands when heating, and shrinks when cooling. This digital paper can not be placed at random; it should be pressed by heavy things when placed, to avoid distortion or curl.
The size of backing paper is affected very much by the humidity; please, process glow digital paper after cutting, in an environment with a relative humidity 40-60%, to avoid crinkle.
Peel off the backing paper when using the safety sheeting paper, and on well worn surfaces, apply with high even pressure across entire sheeting.
When length of roll is more than 10m, there may exist joint in roll.
Packing and Storage
Packing: In rolls or in pieces, outer packing is plastic foil bag.
1: Piece packaging is 10 pieces every bag, every piece 20cm x 30cm(A4 paper size),
Every bag is 350 grams, the non adhesive back is 300 grams every bag.
2: Roll packaging is 1.2 x 10m/roll, 1.2m x 20m/roll, 1.2m x 30m/roll, 1.2m x 40m/roll, 1.2m x 50m/roll, 1.2m x 60m/roll, 1.2m x 100m/roll. The weight of every square is 550 grams. the non adhesive back is 450 grams. Every roll has a cordial paper pole. The paper pole is 1250 grams.

Storage: It should be stored in ventilated, dry, shady and cool warehouse. Storage temperature is 15~30,relative humidity is 40~60%.

Every single piece of Glo Rope Photo Glo Paper is rotary cut by hand. The paper is slightly brittle along the edges and therefore should be handled delicately. Also, it can be extremely abrasive on cutting blades due to its glow properties. This is why it can only be cut by hand with a manual hand shear with an affixed specialized cutting blade.
Secondly, our paper is manufactured with a thin clear plastic film which is then overlaid to protect the paper throughout an over 80 lbs. 4 ft. wide roll. This is removed prior to shipping to clients so that the paper is ready for use, but it is yet another reason it cannot be cut by machine. In our test of machine cutting the Photo Glo Paper, the film begins to separate and wad due to its inherent static charge properties during the shearing process. And hence further adds to the difficulty. We've tried every way possible to machine cut the product, but invariably this has been the safest way to ensure the best cut with the least waste given the obstacles the paper can pose. Because the paper is not really paper; rather, it is a plastic, sometimes along the papers edge you may occasionally see a small amount of chipping. This should not be anywhere near excessive but it does happen from time to time because of the papers slightly brittle nature. Although this is not of our desire, it does happen and is normal.
We've had side by side comparisons with other competing lines of Photo Glo Paper out there and quite frankly none of them even come close. It’s never going to be a perfect match of materials, but again it’s the very best of what’s out there.
